1)  DUE November 1st Each Year:  Sport Coordinators MUST submit their budget to the Board for review on November 1st.  Submission should be to the CYA Bookkeeper (Accounting@Chantillyyouth.org) and will be uploaded to Buzzsaw for Board Review.  The Board Members will be able to review and upload comments to the discussion page for each budget. 

2)  November Board Meeting Each Year;  All Spring Sports are required to make a formal budget presentation.  If the Sport Coordinator is unable to attend the meeting, the Sport Treasurer should be present to answer questions posed by Board Members.  Sport Attendance is Mandatory.  

3)  Spring Sport Budgets Due in November Include eight (10) sports:  Little League Baseball, Senior Babe Ruth Baseball, Football (Flag), Lacrosse, Rugby, Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Track and Volleyball.  We are going to allot 15-20 minutes to each budget presentation.  That makes for a long meeting but necessary as there is typically no meeting in December.  

4)  Single Season Fall Sport Budgets;  Football and Cheerleading.  These budgets must be provided to the Board via the CYA Bookkeeper by March 1st of each year.  The budgets will then be uploaded to Buzzsaw where they will be reviewed by the CYA Board Members.  The Budgets will be formally presented by the Sport Coordinators at the March Board of Directors Meeting.  If the Coordinator is unable to attend the meeting, the sport treasurer should make the presentation in his/her place.  Registration for Fall Sports opens within the first couple of weeks in May each year. 

5)  Winter Sport Budgets will be presented at the August Meeting and will include Basketball and Wrestling.  (Registration due to open September 8th, 2014).  

6)  CYA Sport Registration Template:  Each Coordinator MUST submit the registration template filled out with the appropriate requested information to the CYA Registrar: registrar@Chantillyyouth.org.  This information is used to complete the online registration fields.  REGISTRATION TEMPLATE.
